Building a custom home is an exciting yet busy time. It’s a chance to make every inch of your home tell your family’s story. Custom home building is an involved process because each element of your home is hand-selected to showcase your individuality. With a myriad of decisions, we help you navigate toward an elegant home that expresses your style.
Revolution Builders guides you every step of the way during the custom home building process. Each customer is met with individualized attention and open communication with our team. Everything we do is custom-tailored to your needs and desires. While we adopt a new course of action for each client, we have a few principles that guide our process.
Consult
Our process begins with a face-to-face meeting with our experienced design team. Our owner, Steve Jeffers, will guide you through the process one step at a time. We listen to what your family wants, needs, and the requirements for your new home.
We ask a range of questions about your lifestyle, interests, personality, and get to know your preferences. Above all, we are custom home builders who want to know about the home you’ve always dreamed of owning. This information will lay the foundation for how our designers approach your project.
Design
Following the initial consultation, our design team goes to work. This step is the exciting part of the development process, in which we produce the initial design concepts for your new home. However, because our unique process requires that the entire scope of work be defined before construction commences, the hard work begins.
We realize that interior and exterior designs require close collaboration. Together, we will select the perfect fixtures, finishes, and materials. Once we complete our checklist and you are comfortable with every detail, the plans are signed.
Plan
Building your one-of-a-kind home is a transaction that requires communication. In this step, your proposal is developed, contracts are signed, and permits are acquired. We will work with you on a detailed proposal based on your site, your design plan, and what you want in the house. When it comes time to start the project, you will know what is going in your home and will feel good about the price.
Build
Our talented team will go over every detail of your home at our pre-construction meeting. This ensures your vision becomes a reality. Because of this unique process, you can relax once the construction commences. From that moment forward, we will be in touch with regular updates and relevant communication.
Our build process includes the ongoing oversight of our owner to ensure your satisfaction. We conduct continual internal quality inspections throughout every phase of construction and utilize highly reputable third-party inspection firms to examine the foundation, frame, and final building.
Reveal
Once construction is complete, our owner will perform a final walkthrough with you. We survey everything while making a list of touch-ups so that the final project satisfies you completely. After construction, you will have a full-scale one-year craftsmanship warranty in addition to your manufacturers’ warranties. Welcome home.
